Whole30 Virgin No More - Here I Go!

Whole30 "pregame" - I spent the better part of my weekend shopping and cooking the meals I had planned for Week 1.


I did make some yummy recipies thanks to links to Nom Nom Paleo and Clothes Make the Girl from the Whole30 website

  • Prosciutto Wrapped Frittata Muffins, Coffee and Strawberries
  • Shredded Pork Carnitas in Lettuce Wraps with avocado, grape tomatoes and sunshine sauce, small side of Curried Cream of Broccoli soup (AMAZING) http://nomnompaleo.com/post/2345953636/curried-cream-of-broccoli-soup and an apple
  • Planning for roasted brussel sprouts and pork carnitas for dinner
