Day 23

 

M1 - Scrambled eggs, salsa and guacamole

 

M2 - Salad with spicy tuna cakes and mayo/balsamic and mixed berries

 

M3 - Sauteed chicken breast, green beans and mixed berries

 

23 days down.  7 to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 24

 

M1 - Scrambled eggs (had to rush breakfast for this day so not a very good one)

 

M2 - Salad with grilled chicken/ balsamic/EVOO, mixed berries

 

M3 - Frittata with onion/spinach/ground beef and salad with mayo/balsamic

 

24 days down.  6 to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

M1 - Scrambled eggs with guacamole

 

M2 - Frittata with ground beef, onions and spinach, sweet potato hash and mixed berries

 

M3 - Steak, sweet potato hash and green beans

 

26 days down.  4 more to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

M1 - Sweet potato hash with turkey/red pepper sausage and fried eggs

 

M2 - Hamburger with guacamole and green beans

 

M3 - Swiss steak, mashed cauliflower, green beans and mixed berries

 

28 days down.  2 to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

M1 - Sweet potato hash with turkey/red pepper sausage and fried eggs

 

M2 - Swiss steak, green beans and mixed berries

 

M3 - Chili Lime chicken, baked sweet potato with ghee, almonds

 

29 days down.  1 to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

M1 - Sweet potato hash, sausage, fried eggs

M2 - Salad with grilled chicken oil and vinegar, mixed berries

M3 - chili lime chicken, salad with mayo/balsamic

30 DAYS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shut up! I did it. So pleased with how things went. Now for the reintro and riding without training wheels.
