Duviv Posted February 5, 2014 Share Posted February 5, 2014 Finished first whole 30 on fri, had some wine over the weekend and some small indulgences but now can't wait to keep on keeping on: Stats: I lost 10 lbs 2" off waist 1" off hips I should state that I also worked out 4-5 times per week during the whole month, and it felt great! sooo much energy.
