Day 8 and got period 2 weeks early with painful cramping and diarrhea, I never get it early since I on BC pill which keeps my cycle consistent. I was worried the last two day before it came today because I was so crampy and thought It was something I was eating, so i was relieved to realize that the discomfort was due to the impending period , but NOT stoked to have it early! should I be concerned? is this common? Is this my body telling me that the food choices I am currently making couldn't support a fetus, therefore its shedding the lining sooner?
