Susiek Posted February 5, 2014 Share Posted February 5, 2014 I love this plan! The withdrawal symptoms are pretty much over and now I'm starting to really feel good! So far, my body feels leaner and tighter, my skin feels more hydrated, and my digestion is much better already and I've had amazing energy! My house has never been so clean. :-) . I am following the Whole30 Low FODMAP plan, and omitting the FODMAP foods have made all the difference for me!
