Anyone else sleeping less?

Day 17 here! (Woot Woot)


Over the past few days I have noticed that I am only sleeping about 7 hrs or so... But waking up and feeling like I can take on the world... Tigers Blood?


I was just curious to see if there was anyone else out there in the Whole30 world who has noticed that they are sleeping less but waking up feeling great?


Its 5:25am EST currently and I have been awake since 4am.. I laid in bed and tried to go back to sleep, that did not happen. So I got up folded laundry, loaded the dishwasher, made coffee, and even cooked up breakfast and cleaned the kitchen. I am not really complaining because I got alot of stuff done this morning but at the same time the daily emails talk about getting atleast 8 hrs of sleep. 


I also use "Sleep Bot" an app that tracks my sleep based on my movements. It does seem that I am not tossing and turning as much in the middle of the night like I used to, which is great.
