I know that's a ways off, but it gives me time to plan ahead and place my once-a-month order with our local pastured meat rancher, and mail order a bunch of things that I can't buy locally. Mostly for now I am just introducing myself, getting a feel for how the forums operate, stocking my pantry, and experimenting with new things like coconut cream and black coffee .
