Starting Feb. 11!

I'm excited about starting tomorrow. I've always eaten healthy foods, stayed away from carbs for the most part, and I read labels, but I recently went off track and I'm feeling it. Hoping to get back on track. I'm a little worried about not adding sugar (I used turbinado) to my coffee, and not eating cheese, but overall, I'm pumped!
