I am fairly new to whole30 as I just heard about it a few days ago. I have a good friend that told me about it. He has lost a crazy amount of weight eating this way so I wanted to give it a try. I thought about setting a closer date but this will work out well for me. My birthday is march 10th and my brother is going to do it with me. He can start that day too!
