Lerin Posted February 25, 2014 Share Posted February 25, 2014 I started today. Health Concerns: Chronic bronchitis, Chronic sinus infections, Severe seasonal allergies, Hives, Depression/Anxiety. My lung function was just 63% and oxygen was 91% at last check. Medications: Prednisone, Long-term antibiotics (Currently Clyndomyacin 3x a day), Singulair, Rhinocort, Alocril, Zoloft, 4x a day nebulizer treatments, Symbicort control inhaler, Combivent Respiramat, Ventolin rescue inhaler, 1200 mg Mucinex twice a day If you made it through all of that, then my reasons for doing a Whole30 are probably pretty obvious.
