Started 3/5/14 - First Whole30

Hi All!  My husband and I have just started the Whole30 program for the first time on 3/5/14.  It is now Day 2, and so far I have feel great!  I no longer feel bloated or constantly hungry.  However, I do have times when I slightly feel the need for some sugar.  I'm sure this is normal and will eventually fade.  Another part of the program I am not a fan of is the food prep.  It is so time consuming.  However, since I have 2 kids, I no longer have to worry about what I'm going to eat for dinner since it has already been planned out.


Anyways, I am commited to the Whole30 and I hope this will help with my skin allergies.  Good luck to everyone on their journey! :)
