davebo99
Hi, I purchased some packaged carrots and noticed they had 7.5g of sugar. I managed to find some bacon at last that had no sugar. Do loose vegetables have any sugar in them? Thanks
GFChris
Are you sure the vegetables had sugar in the ingredients list? The nutrition label is irrelevant, from a Whole30 standpoint. My hunch is the 7.5g is the natural sugar in the carrots, as it would be odd to have added sugar in vegetables. On the bacon, look at the ingredient list again. Be sure no sugar or sweetener is listed in the ingredients.
