I follow the paleo mom on facebook and that is how I found this site. I am currently 250 lbs and have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I am taking methotrexate for that but believe that I do not have to take it forever if I change the way I eat. I do well for a few days or a couple weeks, then fall back into my old habits.
