I assume most of the meat is just salt and pepper, but I really don't want to disrupt the lunch by rattling off all the things I can't eat. GFChris Posted March 24, 2014 Share Posted March 24, 2014 I ate a my local Capital Grille a few weeks ago. They have a gluten-free menu, which is a great place to start. Request only salt and pepper seasoning on the steaks or burgers, no butter.You might be able to do one of their salads with a protein, if you bring your own dressing. I would suggest taking a look at their menu online, and calling today to ask all your questions and settle on what you can order. That way, you simply place your order at lunch tomorrow.
