For the first time ever, I feel completely capable of maintaining the whole30 way of eating/life. I am a bit concerned about reintroduction so I plan to read book, forum, blogs to get a better handle on it. I was so very surprised by the number on the scale that I had to get on and off to be sure. I plan on weighing myself no more than once a week, at most. I have experienced most benefits...still working on better sleep. A friend gave me the well fed cookbook as a reward...what an terrific book...can't wait to try new recipes. Here is the sample reintroduction schedule. Only reintroduce the food groups you're curious about, in terms of your physical/psychological reaction, or that you'd like to eat again.
