Starting today!

Today is day 1 for me. Excited and daunted all at the same time!


I'm in the UK and am hoping that re-setting my food intake will help with energy levels, sleep and just general well-being. I'd be lying if I wasn't hoping to kickstart some weight loss too.


I'll no doubt be on here a lot to ask for advice and to get some inspiration.


Roll on 29th April!
