alleamarie Posted March 31, 2014 Share Posted March 31, 2014 i was reading about the whole 30 yesterday and as i was reading i was thinking of how hard it would be and how i couldnt give up all of those things and how maybe i could give up some things and not others. then i got to the bottom of the page where it says that it is not hard, birthing a child is hard, losing a parent is hard, drinking your coffee black is not hard. thats what got me to commit. that one paragraph. i have birthed 2 children one 5 years ago and one 4 months ago. i also unexpectedly lost my mom 2 1/2 years ago. that was the hardest thing i have ever dealt with and i got through it. so i can get through this.
