kellyrawks09
This will be my first time doing the whole30 and I was really looking forward to starting tomorrow....until I read about planning. I have a family member living with me right now and I know I won't be able to rid my house of "bad food" until her and her kiddos are gone. They're getting their apartment on the 11th but I don't want to wait and then lose my desire but I also don't want to fail. I was super stoked about starting tomorrow but I truly don't want to set myself up for failure. Any insight from previous paleo challenges?? runninglawyer88
I say just jump right in...any number of compliant days is better than the same number of days eating a standard american diet. So, just go for it and give it your best shot. Temptations will always be around you so I think there's no time like now to try it and to see what your weaknesses are. You can do it...I promise. I'm always surrounded by free food and I was able to get through it--you will too!
