Laketon79 Posted April 3, 2014 Share Posted April 3, 2014 I keep seeing more and more things pop up that I have never struggled with before my 3 whole30's. I'm so discouraged because while I do want to eat healthier, I also know I will be far from perfect. I know that the whole30 does not cause any allergies, only exposes them. However, I would rather go back to how I felt before them as compared to now it was pretty great! Wish I would have known that this was a possibility.
