first day on whole 30!

So today was my first day on whole 30.


breakfast was 2 hard boiled eggs, mushrooms and avocado.

Lunch was beef, fried red bell pepper and broccoli.

Dinner was salmon with some more broccoli ( the choices of vegetables we get here is not that great) and sweet potaoes :)

Can not wait for tomorrow!

Congratulations! I see that you said you don't have a great variety of veggies where you are. You should try to increase your veggies to 2 - 3 cups per meal. Can you get frozen veggies? They work well in a stir fry or soup. Also you should eat more eggs, at least as many as you can hold in one hand (probably three). Here is the meal planning template for more info.
