Starting Monday April 21st

I'm a little afraid. I've done the 17 day diet and that was rough. It's going to be especially challenging avoiding dairy. I know I'm up for the challenge! I'm hopeful to get my husband on board but doubt he will read the "rules" or look for other supports here or elsewhere online which means I will be his only resource. We also have 4 very fit and active teens who will continue their current eating habits which we will likely prepare so another challenge there. Lastly, my husband has been laid off for the better part of a year and was just told his unemployment is on hold until extensions get approved. So....finances will be in issue. Not making excuses already, just identifing challenges. I know this can be done with the right support. Anyone else out there in the same boat?
