Lanafm Posted April 21, 2014 Share Posted April 21, 2014 Today is the 1st Step, 1st Leap, 1st Day to the rest of my Life....I have started reading It Starts with Food and the light bulb went on, I understand why nothing ever worked long term. Every diet left me empty, wanting for more and usually dreaming of when it ended and all the glorious things I would eat; in moderation of course. Now I am armed with knowledge and determination to make my life better, so here I am an empty canvas, can't wait to see how the picture turns out....
