melaina Posted May 8, 2014 Share Posted May 8, 2014 The beautiful thing about Take 2 is that I don't have to stress the whole diet coke withdrawal thing this time. I will drink only water for the first week or so then maybe some unsweetened iced tea with lemon and it will feel like a massive reward. For breakfast: chicken and apple sausage, sauteed with spinach in olive oil and a fried egg fresh from our back yard chickens. Planned lunch: a heaping helping of the pork loin that I had in the crock pot last night with chili powder, garlic, cumin, tomatoes, onions and peppers. I'll have the pork over salad with some homemade paleo cumin lime dressing. Dinner: more of the pork over some baked sweet potato fries. Good luck to me and to all of you, and good morning!
