I'm inclined to think this doesn't work. 32 days and my energy is still terrible.

Glad you are feeling better, Chris!

I think a Whole30 is a learning experience, and each one is different and no one is perfect. :)

 

I also think it is totally fine, even healthy, to keep experimenting with what non-Whole30 foods you want to reintroduce and to what extent. When I am not on a Whole30 I will also eat the things that are ok for my body even if they are not included in the Whole30 program.

 

Everytime I feel like I need it, I go back and clean up my eating to Whole30 levels and get a re-set, then the experiment of riding my own bike continues.
