Starting on Monday! Getting food and house ready!

I am starting the whole30 on Monday. I am going grocery shopping for everything tomorrow. I am sticking with this. I will fight the struggle of my bad eating habits. I work Monday-Friday and I bring my lunch. If anyone can give me any ideas for quick, easy lunch ideas, that would be awesome! Besides salad over and over and over again! :)

Salads don't have to be boring!  It has great strategies for doing food prep for lunches.  

 

I basically always make sure I have a large jar of dressing for the week.  Then I stock up on lettuce (try to use different colours). purple cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, avocado, hard boiled eggs, cooked chicken breast, dates, nuts etc.  It then is just a matter of putting things together.  Paleo Power Lunch shows you how to vary this but I don't follow the recipes slavishly.
