jeniB Posted May 17, 2014 Share Posted May 17, 2014 My pre-WO meal usually consists of salty scrambled eggs. In a pinch, I'll have a hard boiled egg or some almond butter, but nothing sits as well as the scrambled eggs. Anything else leaves me feeling nauseated or like I have a brick in my stomach an hour later. I'm starting a 60-day AIP on Monday and just realized I need new pre-WO options. It has to be fairly bland...I'm thinking maybe some plain ground turkey. Does anybody else have experience with AIP and needing a pre-WO meal that doesn't include eggs or nuts?
