Starting Whole 30 today 5/20

Here we go.  The only thing I am a little worried about is the first few days of sugar withdrawal. If anyone is starting today or this week, lets keep in touch.  Luckily, I like all the food you can eat on the plan so it won't be a problem. 


My measurements to begin are:


Weight 200ibs

Waist   42.5

Hips     40.5

Neck    17.5
