I've just been to China on holiday, and ate exactly what i wanted. Am still getting over jet lag and travel fatigue, so haven't eaten that well in the last 24 hours. Am looking forward to having strict rules that i can follow. Most worried about breakfast (meal 1), but I'm sure I'll work things out.
