Starting first Whole30 tomorrow - 23 May

I've just finished reading the book for the second time and I'm really excited and a bit nervous.  I've just been to China on holiday, and ate exactly what i wanted.  Am still getting over jet lag and travel fatigue, so haven't eaten that well in the last 24 hours.  Am looking forward to having strict rules that i can follow.  Most worried about breakfast (meal 1), but I'm sure I'll work things out.


No particular health issues, but i would like to lose a few pounds and deal with a few minor niggles.  fingers crossed :)
