So yesterday went great except I skipped breakfast. I felt fine but this morning I woke with a slight headache, feeling very dizzy and have no energy. Food right now is the last thing I want and I've been up for 2 hours.

Hey there I started my Whole30 last week too. I'm quite impressed so far as I've not really experienced any cravings as such although on my first two days I found myself getting hungry around 10:30/11am so I just increased the protein in my breakfast (not by too much) and it seems to have done the trick. I've even found that I'm eating less for lunch than I usually would and it's keeping me satisfied until dinner.
