Starting July 18th

Hi Everyone

I am 50 years of age, my journey started 2 years ago by eating Paleo-ish and exercising. I stopped drinking soda, eating sweets except for some 80% dark chocolate. I weighed 295 pounds and made it to 214 pounds. I now weigh 243 so I have gained nearly 30 back. My slipping up started at Christmas when I indulged in some sweets and that started a firestorm of eating wrong and laziness...I am here to begin a fresh start!
