I am on day 10 of my first whole 30, and the husband is trying to do a mostly paleo, whole eating approach with me. I say mostly because as we speak he is eating Chipotle chips and a bowl that does have rice.  ;) but it's not a Big Mac and he has made huge strides! 


Anyway today I was at the store with my 8yo son and I told him he could have a chocolate bar if he wanted, and HE SAID NO. I looked at him, and he said, "I want to make healthier choices. I don't want candy or sweets unless it is a special day." 


10 days can apparently make a BIG difference.
