Deb B Posted August 12, 2012 Share Posted August 12, 2012 cleaned out the house..food and otherwise, about to head out to the grocery store after a quick compliant breakfast. Headache but otherwise okay, didn't take the pictures as I couldn't figure out how to get the camera to do the delay thing...maybe later. Weight 124.6...scale is now under the claw foot tub out of sight. Jam packed day with work and guests tonight...I didn't know about guests until after I committed but it is kind of nice to start out with a bang and a celebration and hopefully some good left overs. I have Well Fed so the meal is coming out of there with one thing that I can't eat but they can as one of them is a vegetarian and I want intense protein. feeling good about it.
