Well, Day 1 is over and after reading the timeline, I would say it was a typical Day 1. I had been eating "clean" for the previous 5 days, so it wasn't an abrupt change. My biggest tackle is caffeine! I have weaned myself off of Diet Coke, but continue to crave it. I use black tea as a substitute and am trying to eat before I have a cup. It will be interesting to see how my strength training class goes today. Looking forward to the changes!
