Tina R
Congratulations on starting again! If I could make a suggestion maybe change the words you are using instead of "I failed" maybe you could look at it as I learned that I need "blank" to have a successful whole30. I think preparation is the key. It is hard to fall off the wagon when you have plenty of options that are compliant. Make sure you are eating enough, it is hard to fight the sugar dragon when you are hungry. Another thing is don't beat yourself up, if you think you ate something that is non compliant take a deep breath and continue on. You might find out that you don't need to restart " accidental sugar consumption" or you may have to restart. Either way is no excuse to jump off the wagon. Just keep going, who knows you could feel so amazing it would be worth doing the whole45 because you had to extend your whole30. Good Luck! designer57
I am planning to begin on September 1, too, and will have my whole family doing it as well. I have so many questions still, but I'm sure I will find answers on this forum.
