Laketon79
I saw somewhere an idea to can the bone broth. I would LOVE this option because I don't have freezer space for a bunch of jars, and I dislike having to deal with bone broth all the time (greasy mess). My question is if I would lose any of the nutrients because of the high heat?
Vian
I don't think you can use a water bath canner for bone broth. It's not acidic like fruits and tomatoes and pickles. I think you'd need to use a pressure canner for bone broth. I don't think heat would be a problem though, you've already been boiling it for days anyway. Laketon79
Yeah I was meaning that I would use a pressure canner. It is a good point that it already has been boiling for a while.
