scrapstitching Posted September 18, 2014 Share Posted September 18, 2014 My first Whole30 was in May 2013. I've tried this and that since then - paleo, primal, low GI, and the SAD. I am the healthiest and the happiest in the paleo/primal range, but I need a reset. I've attempted a second W30 several times, but this is the one. I've ordered the updated ISWF (mine was loaned out and never returned; I guess she needed it), and the pantry is just about ready. I've done more planning this time than the other attempts at round 2. I feel good about this and look forward to feeling more like me. Applause to all of you doing your first W30.
