I also found out i have to do some training for work out of town next week...YIKES! Lord give me strength!!!! What do you all do to help with your willpower? Thanks! Just have faith in the system and know we are all here for you whenever you need a vent, companion or distraction from the treats. After the first week it gets much easier, one day at a time! For myself I just keep saying that if I cheat now I just have to start again and the process gets longer and harder. Why not take the easier route and just stick with it.
