Well, it is time for me for another whole 30.

 

Day 1:

- spaghetti squash + ground turkey + 1/2 avocado + coffee

- steamed chicken breast + beetroot and apple shaved salad (no fat, however - I was out of olives at work!)

- grilled chicken, chicken liver, spaghetti squash, boiled cauliflower, big bowl of green salad with avocado, raspberries and mixed seeds + olive oil

 

very sleepy and bloated. Cannot wait for the 1st week to pass to start feeling ok again. 

My favourite time starts around day 16.

Day 2

 - spaghetti squash + ground turkey + 1/2 avocado + coffee

 - steamed white fish fillet, zucchini, 1/2 avocado, coffee

 - iceberg wraps with steamed chicken breast+mango+avocado+cucumbers, sweet potato+pumpkin+zucchini+egg yolks hash with mixed seeds

Day 3

 

- spaghetti squash + ground turkey,sweet potato+pumpkin+zucchini+egg yolks hash with mixed seeds1/2 avocado + coffee

- pre WO mini-meal: steamed chicken fillet pieces + 2 olives

- tuna tartar with olives, green salad with grilled smoked salmon and avocado, zucchini and sweet potatoes

- steak fillet, green salad with mixed seeds, 1/2 avocado and pineapple, green beans, carrots, beetroot

Day 5

 - - spaghetti squash + ground turkey, kiwi, 1/2 avocado, coffee

- tuna steak, zucchini, sweet potato, olives, raspberry

- lamb roast, baked pumpkin + sweet potato +cinnamon, big bowl of green salad with shaver beetroot, mixed seeds and 1/2 avocado, a few local grapes

Day 6

 

had 4 moderate meals instead of 3 big ones

 - chicken drumstick with sweet potato and pumpkin leftovers, zucchini, 1/2 avocado, 5 almonds, coffee,

 - green salad with grilled salmon and avocado, a handful of raspberries, coffee

 - steak fillet leftovers, cauliflower, zucchini, olives, 5 almonds, apple

 - green salad with fennel, beed carpaccio

Day 7

 - 2 sea bass fillets, zucchini, cauliflower, kiwi, 1/2 avocado,coffee

 - tuna sashimi, chestnuts, olives, beetroots, assorted seeds

 - grilled chicken, chicken liver, baked sweet potato, green salad with grapefruit and mixed seeds, olives

Day 8

 - spaghetti squash + chicken liver + olives + coffee

 - sea bass fillet, zucchini, olives, raspberries

 - beef fillets, grated beetroot+apple+seeds salad, baked parsnips and zucchinis, olives, cranberries

 

Day 9

 - spaghetti squash + chicken liver + olives + coffee

 - tuna steak, zucchini, raspberries, a handful of nuts, olives

 - spaghetti squash, grilled chicken, big bowl of green salad with grapefruit and mixed seeds, olives

Day 10

 - - spaghetti squash + chicken liver + olives + coffee

- chicken breast, beetroot and apple grated salad, olives,raspberries

 - venison carpaccio, grilled squid, zucchini, spaghetti squash, a piece of smoked eel, carrots

Day 11

 

 - spaghetti squash, zucchini, chicken leftovers, olives, coffee

 - green salad with avocado, grilled smoked salmon, chicken+zucchini patties, raspberries

 - green salad with mixed seeds, avocado and grated beetroot, lamb chops, local grapes
