Day 1: - spaghetti squash + ground turkey + 1/2 avocado + coffee - steamed chicken breast + beetroot and apple shaved salad (no fat, however - I was out of olives at work!) - grilled chicken, chicken liver, spaghetti squash, boiled cauliflower, big bowl of green salad with avocado, raspberries and mixed seeds + olive oil very sleepy and bloated.
