Supplements are somewhat a footnote in the book, not because they're discouraged in any way but rather because they aren't core to the most important points.  Many of us take very diverse supplements on and off the Whole30.  In fact, there's a sub-forum dedicated to it about 7 links down the main page from this Travel and Dining Out sub-forum.  http://forum.whole9life.com/forum/18-supplements/


I take a multi, C, calcium, and all three contain probiotics (Garden of Life Raw Vitamin Code series).  Love salmon and sardines too much to need an oil pill.
