puamaeole Posted October 18, 2014 Share Posted October 18, 2014 It's a little late but I started on 10/13/14 and I'm currently on day 6. Just 6 days ago, I had just gone through a breakup and was feeling depressed and insecure. However after starting the WHOLE 30 and working out as much as I have, I feel AMAZING! I notice a change in my body as well as my mood and spirit. I'm so glad I've at least gotten this far.
