It's so delicious. http://spryliving.com/recipes/crowd-pleasing-slow-cooker-pumpkin-chili/ How I've eaten this dish: By itself Poured over a cooked 1/2 delicata squash boat Poured over spaghetti squash With 1-2 eggs on top and 1/2 of an avocado (this is pretty protein heavy) A few slices of leftover sweet potatoes Enjoy!
