Ok, so I am on Day 13 and doing great BUT I've had a few slip ups: --- Had some TJ's zero gram sugar free bacon -- Had some sugarless gum -- Last night I took a few licks of my child's ice cream (it was melting) I'm thinking I probably do need to start over but I also strongly feel like perfection at anything is such a silly standard.
