I think will enjoy eating this way. My biggest fear is not feeling well the first week or two. Keeping my fingers crossed it won't be too bad. My hopes are to identify hidden sensitivities, break my addictions, lose weight, and generally feel better. I want to start a weight training program but have been lacking the spark of motivation.
