Hello all !!!


Day 1 


Breakfast - 2 Eggs Half Avocado 1 Sweet Potato 1 Black Coffee

Lunch - 1 Palm size piece of swordfish, 2 eggs, Salad of romaine lettuce and cucumber 3 dried figs 

Dinner - No idea yet I have 2 pieces of steak and some cauliflower!


I have just been informed that my boyfriends mum bought me a slow cooker!  :P  :P  :P  :P
