ColdTurkey Posted December 1, 2014 Share Posted December 1, 2014 I was sad when I discovered my bottled horseradish (that I add to mayo) was not Whole30 compliant. So, tonight I bought a horseradish root from Whole Foods for $1.30. I took a knife, peeled away the skin, threw the whole thing in my blender. Within 30 seconds I had horseradish that looked like delicate snow. I mixed it into homemade mayo, a little salt and pepper and now have a most amazing sauce for my steak.
