kaynick Posted December 11, 2014 Share Posted December 11, 2014 I'm on day 18, and feeling great! Went Christmas shopping and stopped at Panera with family. I had the Chicken Cobb salad with avocado. No dressing, no cheese. I was pretty proud of myself until I was almost through and realized I had not asked about chicken "marinade". After further research, I see there is sugar in it after the fact. So, have I just messed up big time? Will I need to start over so to speak? Yours had rice starch too. If you had the bacon, that also contains sugar.
