Hello (again)! 


Veteran Whole30'er starting January 1st for another round of Whole30 goodness, this time invited by my sister to join her. :) :) Looking forward to a fresh start to 2015. My biggest weakness right now is sugar, but not of the daytime variety. It is the NIGHT CRAVINGS - ugh - that get me even after months of blood sugar balance and an improvement in autoimmune-related issues. I've gotten a lot of stuff under control that seemed elusive and bothersome, but the holidays (oh, those sneaky Paleo-seeming treats add up) set me back.
