Day 3 done

I feel great! Noticeably less sluggish mid day, sharper focus, not a lot of cravings. I think my biggest reflection is I was defining hunger in only two categories: hungry and stuffed. I'm becoming more aware of the eating process, which is not just eating but shopping, prepping, cooking and them eating. Spending more time on food and with food makes a big difference in feeling satisfied. I'm starting to appreciate the middle ground of not hungry, not stuffed.

Reading and posting on the forum also is keeping me excited and motivated! Thanks!!!
