The good news for me is that my husband (the cook in our home!) starts the Whole30 on 1/2/15. I am a stress-eater, work way too many hours (12-13 every week day and most weekend days for a couple hours), and probably meet criteria for having a food addiction. I lean towards the "emotional" and "intellectual" and not so much the "spiritual" and "physical," and I am going to make an extra effort to surround myself with cues and create rituals that support the latter.
