Day One - December 30

M1: Eggs scrambled in ghee with homemade salsa

M2: Chicken Curry with tomato, carrot and onion

M3: 2 eggs over easy, taco beef and avocado over power greens

Snack: Honeycrisp apple

Drinks: Water, black coffee, Cuppa Tea!

 

Tomorrow's focus: More water and veggies

 

Halting hard workouts until the headaches and sugar detox starts to feel less like dying slowly.  :angry:

Catch Up Day!

 

Day Two:

M1: Omelette with mushrooms, onions and peppers topped with avocado and salsa

M2: Coconut Curry  ( http://www.ourpaleolife.com/2014/04/coconut-curry-chicken/ )

M3: Taco salad with slow cooked taco meat (the spices were amazing!), power greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado and salsa

Pick me up: Honeycrisp apple and hot black tea ; Cup O' Joe

 

 

 

Day 3:

M1: Egg Cups with homemade chicken sausage and sweet potato topped with avocado

M2: Coconut Larabar and hot black tea

M3: Coconut Curry

Drink: My first Bulletproof coffee! (Black coffee, ghee and coconut milk)

Looks great so far! :)

 

I am also holding off on the workouts for a few days. I'm giving up coffee as well, so your comment "halting hard workouts until the headaches and sugar detox starts to feel less like dying slowly" sounds about right!
